Who can join?
Membership is open to individuals, both men and women, who are interested in supporting the awareness and development of career advancement opportunities for women within the HVACR industry.
We invite corporations and industry organizations to support our membership in a sponsorship role.

Membership Dues:
- Annual dues are $199 per person. (*Effective as of March 15th, 2025)
- Renewal notices will be sent via email in September each calendar year.

- Student Membership 1 free year membership
- Company Membership Options below:
- 1-10 Memberships @$199/per person
- 11-40 Memberships @$179/per person
- 41-99 memberships @$159 per person
- 50 memberships = $2,000 savings
- 99 memberships = $3,960 savings
- 100 + memberships @$149 per person
- 100 memberships = $5,000 savings
