Amanda Brinkman

Creator, Producer and Host of the Emmy-nominated Small Business Revolution(HULU); Award-winning Marketing Executive and Storyteller; Small Business Advocate; Leading Authority on Branded Entertainment; Forbes contributor and respectable water-skier

Amanda Brinkman is the CEO, Chief Creative Office of Sunshine Studio’s, a company she started after a very impressive career in branding for companies like Deluxe, General Mills, Allianz and United Health Group…just to name a few. A producer, film-maker, branding expert and very popular public speaker, Amanda is particularly well known for co-hosting Small Business Revolution an award winning original streaming series that ran for 6 years, with revolving co-hosts like Ty Pennington (HGTV) and Robert Herjavec (Shark Tank). This program focused small business stories from across the US. Today, Amanda works on brand storytelling, sharing her branding expertise and passion for innovation, finding your purposes and doing good by doing well with audiences all across the country. A graduate of Winona State, Amanda lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and continues to share her talents with organizations like Special Olympics, Feed My Starving Children and Habitat for Humanity.

When life is coming at you, how do you stay focused on your purpose? Amanda will close our conference with a passionate combination of experiences with small business owners, her study and personal pursuit of purpose following a very successful branding career. She will show us that our purpose is not out there waiting for us to find it…you are your purpose.

Maureen Zappala

Maureen Zappala, a former NASA propulsion engineer (aka, “ rocket scientist” and founder of High Altitude Strategies, is an award wining speaker, author and presentation skills coach. She works with high-performers to overcome the secret self-doubt of Imposture Syndrome so they can match their confidence to competence and have more influence. She lived in Cleveland for over 36 years before moving to Las Vegas Nevada in August of 2019.

Topic: Overcoming Imposture Syndrome

Have you ever thought you don’t deserve your success? Do you second guess your abilities? Would you like to be free from these crippling self-doubts? You are not alone. Maureen Zappala struggled with some of the same questions when she joined NASA as an engineer and went on to be the youngest and first female manager of NASA’s Propulsion Systems Laboratory where she spent 13 years conducting jet engine research. Like many successful women, she battled that internal voice that whispered “you are not as smart as everyone thinks you are”. Maureen will share her strategies to help you overcome that crippling voice so that you can feel more confident and feeling great at being great.
