When Laurelyn was five years old, she never dreamed she would be a OEM Sales Manager for the HVAC industry. Yet, here she is, many, many years past the five-year-old version of herself, working with the MDM team to do just that. As a OEM Sales Manager, Laurelyn is able to collaborate with OEMs in the HVACR sector to help develop a broader range of commercial accessories and products, in order to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency within the HVACR industry. In the end, it is her opinion, both MDM and its partners have the same goal: together they are here not just to sell a product, but to make an impact.

In addition to working for MDM, Laurelyn enjoys focusing on self-development. One way she has found to advance herself quickly is collaborating with others. The Women in HVACR organization has been one of the most influential platforms in her personal growth. Whether attending weekly calls, regional meetings, or their yearly conference, she has been inspired, empowered, enlightened, and has benefited from valuable advice offered by other members.

When she isn't working, involved in WHVACR, Treasurer of her civic club, planning her wedding or at children's sporting/school events, she loves the outdoors. You can find her fishing, golfing, or hiking when she has a day off. Thank goodness she has a fiancé that likes those same things too! Between them, they have five children that range from fifteen to nine years old. They are involved in volleyball, softball, basketball, choir, band, coding club and the newest sport to add to their list is muay thai. She continues to learn so much from all of their kids, how to be a better Mom, a better listener, how to learn how to have more patience, and one of her favorites: learning all of the different things about each child individually that makes them unique and just loving them for that.
