Amy joined the heating, cooling and plumbing industry in 2006, applying for an opening with a local contractor for a part time dispatcher. Although she had plenty of business & management experience, dispatching was a new concept. The thought was simple. Part time employment while trying to raise a young family. Several years later (after mastering dispatching) the opportunity to partner with Daniel LaGarce arose and a commitment for greatness was made to begin in 2010. In just five short years Amy has taken her newly acquired knowledge of the industry, to help create a successful family run business from the ground up. With a minimal start up, she has utilized excellence in business abilities, accounting knowledge and HR skills in combination with the best customer service to help grow a one man, one van contractor into a multi million dollar contractor with a constantly growing team of over 25. The initial thought of part time employment has evolved and grown into raising a "young company" in an ever changing industry. As one of the founding members of Budget HVAC & Plumbing Amy has worn many if not all titles within the company at some point to earn Vice President / Director of Operations and holds a board membership with Women in HVACR. Amy resides with her husband and youngest son in Lake St. Louis, MO
