Julie Decker is the National Sales Manager for Atco Rubber Products. Atco is the world leader in manufacturing flex duct with 12 plants in the USA.

Julie has been at Atco for only 1 year, but has over 25 years in the HVAC industry. She is responsible for working with Manufacturers Representatives in the US to service wholesale distribution. Her HVAC career began in the 90’s with a filter company, transferring to a sealant and duct hardware company in 1999. Her proven sales record has enabled her to grow both personally and professionally and allowed her to serve on many industry committees.

Julie has supported WHVACR for many years and is active with HARDI, AHR and other industry associations
